Summary

For anyone interested in the world of "Creepypastas," defined as horror-related legends or myths share across the internet, or those who have a general fascination with all things horror, this is something new to sink your fanged-teeth into.

Jeff the Killer, Smile Dog, Slenderman- these names and more have garnered great popularity among Creepypasta fans, Slenderman especially. The tale of a tall, thin, mysterious suit-wearing creature that lurks in forests and near children has prompted the creation of other Slender Beings; these beings are depicted as part of Slenderman’s family. The Happypasta Splendorman (the older brother and spin-off of Slenderman), the enticing Offenderman (younger brother and spin-off of Slenderman), and the fashionable drama queen Trenderman (the cousin who originated as a meme and wants nothing to do with the “family business,” as it were).

Despite what others may think, it’s not easy to cultivate a reputation and name as a feared Creepypasta. With so much competition in the shadowy depths of Urban Internet Horror, it’s hard to be noticed right away for your story and skills. Not that the Slender Family have anything to worry about; their stories have been around for years and they were practically household names regardless if they have horror in their veins. That is if those households have at least one family member who adored horror in all its forms. Nevertheless, the Slender Beings have been able to live with their routine of doing what they love and settled in an old abandoned house secluded somewhere in the forests of New Jersey.

That all changes, however, when a 15-year-old girl shows up at their doorstep and says she’s looking for her father. None of the Slender Beings are sure how to react- not just to the girl’s sudden appearance but also to her insistence that her father lives in the house they’re currently occupying.

Her presence in their lives not only rocks the boat of the Slender Household, but will cause ripple effects when she decides to become a Creepypasta herself. A human willingly becoming the stuff of nightmares? Becoming a monster whose entire existence is dependent on how well their story does and if they can become common knowledge? The very notion is insane, but the girl is determined to prove she has what it takes. She’s as stubborn as Offenderman is with his victims, they’ll give her that.

Speaking of, Offenderman has been acting odd since the girl’s appearance. He’s been rather quiet and withdrawn, a stark contrast to his seductive demeanor with his usual targets. The others notice this change, but chalk it up as stress from the situation. It’s probably nothing, anyway; Offenderman can’t conceive with anyone, so it’s not like he’s a possible contender for the title of “Dad.” Right?

What the others don’t know is that Offenderman is harboring a secret. A deep, dark secret that could destroy the world’s perception of Offenderman and have untold consequences for all. But most importantly, it could alter the bonds between the Slender Beings forever. He hopes to be wrong and to never have to reveal this secret, but with every second the girl stays, the more she may prove to not be what the eye (or lack thereof) sees.
